  • Once your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes between 2-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We recommend considering the best shipping options available to you to avoid any potential delays.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be moderated, with discretion, on a case-by-case basis. We thank and appreciate your patience during our reviewal as this may take 2-7 business days.

Here's the process that will assist our review:

  1. Elaborate your situation with our email, "contact@moorefragrance.com", so our team may assist you! Be sure to provide photos, and mail them as "attachments" with your message!

  2. Provide your receipt, order confirmation number, and your story! This provides our team more clarity of the issue, and we'll reply via email if we'd like additional inquiries.

  3. We'll review your photos to confirm the order(s) remained in original condition, or was solely damaged by a third-party, non-affiliated with MOORE™ Fragrance and the customers.

  4. Once everything is approved , allow us to proceed 2-5 business days to return the partial or full refund amount of your order/damaged item(s).
